Project // Adidas Apex Predator Boots

The Adidas Apex Predator project was something i put together in a couple of hours to showcase a colour way of Adidas football boots i have been wanting for a long time. I am a massive fan of the Predator boot range and always wanted to have a clean Black & Green without the silly flicks and accents. For me this mix of colours is the apex of what is out there - something that offers the classic look, cleanliness but with a vibrant and mean punch.

Utilising some iconic faces to front the mini campaign, they showed aggressiveness, heart and drive - which are 3 qualities of something that is the apex and top of the food chain. If this would be developed further, an introduction of creatures deemed the apex of their environment would be partnered up with players that could represent the embodiment of said creature. Potentially the addition of a texture on the boot, empowering messages and a video, would help develop the campaign towards the finished article.
